life concert baby...

well, it started well, but didn't end off the way i'd hope it to be.

so i made mini pancakes for my classmates and was hence late for school. but i wasn't booked by any teacher because today's Service Learing Day(my class's project's not today...), so J2s can go back to school anytime we want. had alot of fun in class dancing around, trying out balloon sculpting. mind you, i'm afraid of balloons. the day ended at 1pm.

was at the life concert booth chatting with shirley and jonadepp(?). apparently, he left school. GASP. i didn't know that. so i'll be helping out during prep camp. they're in need of dancers. i have so many commitments in hand too. i took a sign-up form and filled it up. DANCE. yes, BIG AND BULKY AND MUSCULAR KRIST IS GETTING INVOLVED IN DANCE. so if i'm really in, i expect many to come for the concert okay?!?!

spent the whole afternoon in the library looking up for my shoe design's inspiration. got a few pictures and a few books. played some basketball after library was closed. and then, WELL DONE. i misplaced my phone. i guess i left it in the library, since the phone is still ringing yet i don't feel it just now or hear it. trying hard to focus and study, 'cause i'm like really depressed.

don't know what happened to the soccer guys, having some major team talk. then suddenly, i heard guanghao and fahrun break into tears. like it was REALLY SADDENING. so so feel like crying too..."i can no longer play with you all...", that was what i thought i heard.

then i realised how blessed i am. all the material things in this world are worthless. i feel so fortunate that i still have my team with me, walking through the good and bad times with me. i have my friends, my family. God really correspond to needs in many different interesting ways that we may just never expect. in whatever case, God will place me in the right places. be it dance, prep camp or just in my everyday life, God has placed in the the right places for the right reasons, His reasons. thank You, my Saviour:)))))

praise the LORD!!! joel, rachel and alwin came for the guest service yesterday:)))) so glad that everyone found the sermon on " what to do with dissatisfaction?" useful. and joel actually initiated that he wants to come back next Sunday for service!!! WOOHOO~!~! (oh well, roy's promised to give him the lift from clementi on Sundays. that was an incentive for joel-.-) pray that joel's curiosity for God will keep in him!!!

after getting complained, i went down to watch CHUA KEE MUN's hockey game. turned out to be the last game of their U21s. team SCC is no longer as strong as before with kenny tall and short, kantern and kaibin. had a quick chill out with him before i headed back to JE library to study. ugh...

both R and i have concluded that we can't study together. i was supposed to tape up her mouth,hold the situation and prevent ourselves from digressing. it didn't happened. 3hours: half a math question for me, and 4 to 5 sentences of an essay for R. we have also concluded that ARMY GUYS ARE THE CUTEST ON EARTH!!! well, they fact that most of them turn from boys to MEN through NS. don't worry, i'll help you keep a lookout for YOUR guys.

oh yes!!! joel met with junren and roy, and HAHA!!! they are all of the same frequency!!! hurhur~ JOEL'S COMING FOR GUEST SERVICE!!! praise the Lord!!! he's actually rather receptive:))))

what the crap. actually i feel like scolding another word. my brother deleted all the pictures i have in the camera that i haven't uploaded. ALL. on SUNDAY. that includes those at khoo's place, those at Mambo, and most importantly, those for OG2 gathering.

gi-normous THANK YOU to hidayah and family for opening up the kitchen for me to bake last night. supposed to be at chow's, but he was home late. so i was panicking at home. depressed. stressed. upset. then came my saviour!!! WHOOAA~!~!

but due to overnight baking, i can't complete the flowers in time. couldn't sort out the cookies and cupcakes in time too. so everything was in containers and more containers. gifts for teachers except the PE department.(what a luxury~~) YEAHH!!! people love my missisipi mud cupcakes=D recipe's here. but sometimes, you know... it's not ab out the recipe, it's about the skills and the person baking xD

valentine's day is a period in which krist turns into santa and starts preparing gifts and giving them out. as always, she expects nothing back. lonely valentine's. her goal? to make all singles happy, all couples happier.

after we had swensen's, we shopped around MS for a while. huiling made it down too late to MS. and guess who she was with???? her boyfriend!!! and i tell you, i was totally dazzled by him. like seriously!!! i can't even stop blushing!!! i don't even dare look into his eyes!!! my gosh!!! he's the perfect catch~!~! geekish, witty, have good fashion sense, looks a nice boyfriend material, rich, handsome......

well, housevisiting among my relatives is over. seen 5 families. 5 angbaos. that's all, from my big extended family with at least 10 direct follow-up relatives and many more cousins who are married. no gambling, no poker, no mahjong. cny celebration is slowly losing its fun and laughter. oh well, more to look forward to will be those of friends and teachers and cell group:)))))

on cny eve, good students like I, yingneng, gabriel, xin mei, etc... went to school for the performance and the lou hei competition which was like ultimate -__- but congrats and cheeros to other classes who put in much effort into it and won, like 07S08!!! woohoo~~ sometimes i just admire their class spirit.

so the few of us decided to go for a class outing @ Swensen's, Marina Square. too bad i don't have a camera with me, can't take photos of the food. but i must say, BBQ half chicken is super yummy, and
CHEESE STICKS ARE HEAVENLY.

a new way of having extra ice cream without paying: after you get your ice cream, check for a strand of hair(or plant one in if you can't find one), report it to the staff and THERE!! one more dessert for compensation.

the former happened to sarah, and the ice cream went to fong, because he is NUTS. he is, indeed, CRAZY FONG. he actually for all of us!!! can you believe it?!?! MADNESS!!! the whole table would have cost him more than a 100bucks definitely!!! we insisted on paying him back but he didn't want to accept it. awww~ so nice of him seriously!!! so now, the few of us are obliged to do his work and hand it in on time. HAHA.

well, not actually. okay, here goes the story. sunday after service, krist made a quick toilet trip. realising that the ladies was crowded, she turned to an alternative, the handicap toilet. done with her business, she was attempting to get out. she turned the door knob. CLICK. the door did not open. CLICK CLICK. the door remained locked. she gave tricia a call, had a nice chat with her with the door in between. blessed with a handyman, the man tried his luck with the knob, but to no avail. in the end, he unscrewed the panel thing at the bottom of the door, broke it opened, and there. KRIST crawling out of the toilet.

now you know, use the toilet that's meant for you.

i'm drained. had a 35bucks haircut on friday in town. WTH. for the past 3 days i've been in town. spend and spend and spend:/ money all gone!!!
